What is an AI Associate?

An AI model set up for one kind of job, such as checking parts availability or preparing court dates, on your rules and records. It prepares each answer or entry, and a person on your team approves it before anything is delivered. Corrections your team accepts are kept and applied to later work; the underlying model is not retrained.

What do we pay for?

Free platform. Paid AI Associates. Usage you control. The platform costs nothing, for everyone on your team. You pay for the AI Associates you add and the work they do, and you decide how much work they take on. Launch partners also pay a setup fee for their first job. Fees are agreed in writing before any work starts.

What does my team need to do?

Share the exports or documents the job needs, read-only. Name the person who approves the prepared work and an owner for the result, and join a 30-minute review each week. Your team then acts on what is delivered, such as deciding what date to promise a customer.
